Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Most items purchased on paulshevdesigns.com will be accepted for a refund within 15 days of the delivery date. Item must be in the same condition. All tags must be attached when returned. 

To submit a return or exchange request please email us at support@paulshevdesigns.com with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Return item(s) name
  • Reasons for the return/exchange
  • If you wish to exchange, please specify the size or color of the product
  • Photos of the returning item(s)
  • Refund method: store credit or refund to the original payment method.

We will process your return or exchange request within 2 business days. Once it is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

  • If the item is returned because it's faulty, not as described or damaged in the post, the seller has to pay return postage costs. 
  • However, if the buyer want to return the item for any other reason within 15 days, they have to pay to send it back.

We offer exchanges if the exchange request is made within 15 days of receiving the item. When we receive the shipment, we will issue a store credit for you to purchase the new item. In that case please e-mail support@paulshevdesigns.com to request an exchange.

In the event your item is damaged or defected. Please contact us within 8 days from the date of delivery and we will process a return or exchange. Any international returns received later than 30 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed, there is a 24h period during which the order can be canceled for any reason.

Country Restrictions: We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a shipping address within a country to which we do not ship our products.
