Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Most items purchased on paulshevdesigns.com are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in the same condition, and all tags must be attached when returned. 

To submit a return or exchange request, please email us at support@paulshevdesigns.com with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Return item(s) name
  • Reasons for the return/exchange
  • If you wish to exchange, please specify the size or color of the product
  • Photos of the returning item(s)
  • Refund method: store credit or refund to the original payment method.

We will process your return or exchange request within 2 business days. Once it is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

  • If the item is returned because it's faulty, not as described or damaged in the post, the seller has to pay return postage costs. 
  • However, if the buyer wants to return the item for any other reason within 14 days, they have to pay to send it back.

In the event your item is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will process a return or exchange. Any international returns received later than 30 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender. 

Please note that this does not apply to some bulk orders (5 or more units of the same item), they are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed, there is a 24h period during which the order can be canceled for any reason.

Country Restrictions: We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a shipping address within a country to which we do not ship our products.
