WHAT TO DO IF THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT?

Sometimes due to holiday sales best seller items can be sold out within just a few hours. If you do not want to wait for the product to be back in sock, please contact us at support@paulshevdesigns.com with the link of the product you wish to order. Someone from our Orders Department will priorities that specific product for you, restock it and make it available for ordering as soon as possible.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Ordering on our website is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Buy It Now” button and then click the bag button in the upper right corner to proceed to the checkout. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your credit card information.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We currently accept PayPal as our main payment method given we mostly operate in the US. But, soon we will be accepting all major debit and credit card options such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay & Apple Pay. Besides that, soon you can also expect the option for Afterpay.


IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ON THIS SITE?

Yes, it is absolutely safe to order on PAUL SHEV Designs. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.


HOW SAFE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

HOW DO I APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE?

On the checkout page, enter your discount code under the "Discount" field. Please note that only one discount can be applied per order and each discount has one use per customer. Discount codes can be found in the descriptions of our social medial profiles as well as through our affiliate partners and influencers.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

It will take usually between 2-3 business days. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please let us know by emailing support@paulshevdesigns.com.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email once you place your order with us. With this number and link you will be able to track all global package tracking at one place. If for whatever reason you cannot access the link provided in your email we send you, we recommend parcelsapp.com as our main tracking provider where you can enter your tracking code number manually.

WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart may be displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.


WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?

In that case feel free to contact us and we will help guide you through the process to send the item back.
